Shipping Time

Please allow 24-48 hours for your processing your order. This processing time-frame can possibly be delayed due to holidays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays, Saturday, or Sunday.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or via Fedex Home Delivery. 

Orders over $250 may require a signature unless you inform us otherwise. 

You will receive a tracking number along with the carrier name to the email address provided to Unique Hair Supply.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Unique Hair Supply or other parties only as an estimate. 

We encourage you to order your hair in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

Please be advised that shipment delays can occur due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
